Premiums increase annually after the initial level premium period
Riders and Options:
Waiver of Premium: Waiver of premium coverage ceases at age 60. The Company will waive up to 5 year´s premium if the primary insured is unable to work at his/her regular occupation. If after 5 years, the insured is unable to work at any occupation, the benefit will continue.
Conversion: Available at any time before attained age 80.
Terminal Illness Rider: (Form #9357) The Company will pay an accelerated benefit to the Owner if the insured is diagnosed with a non-correctable medical condition that will, with reasonable medical certainty, result in the death of the insured within 12 months. The amount of the accelerated benefit provided shall be that amount requested by the Owner up to 100% of the policy face amount, subject-to an aggregate maximum of $250,000. Certain adjustments apply, See rider language for specific provisions.
Modal Premium (multiply the annual premium by these factors): Semi-Annual: .51; Quarterly: .26; PAC Monthly: .0875.
