*A.M. Best, a large third party independent reporting and rating company, has rated Midland National A+ (Superior) for financial strength and operating condition. A.M. Best rates an insurance company on its financial strength, operating performance and ability to meet its obligations to policyholders. Best´s ratings range from A++ (Superior) to F (liquidation). A+ is the second highest rating out of 15.
Standard & Poor´s Corporation (S&P), another highly respected rating firm has assigned Midland National an AA (Very Strong) rating for claims-paying ability. This rating is based on Midland National´s superior capitalization, excellent earnings track record and low level of asset risk. S&P´s ratings range from AAA to CC, and Midland National´s AA is the second highest rating out of 8.
Ward Financial Group, a Cincinnati-based management and investment banking firm that analyzes insurance companies, placed Midland National on its "Outstanding Insurers Top 50 List" based on return on average equity, return on average assets and return on total revenue. This rating was a result of balancing safety and performance over the past number of years.

Premiums increase annually after the initial level premium period. Products may not be available in all states. Issued and underwritten by Midland National Life Insurance Company, Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Riders and Options:
Waiver of Premium: Available for issue ages up to 55.
Conversion: Available at any premium due date during the initial period of 5,10,15,or 20 years (depending upon the policy) or to the insured´s attained age 75, whichever comes first.
