Life Insurance Awareness Month 2007 is around the corner and the LIFE
foundation (www.lifefdn.org) has just announced a spokeman for 2007:
We´re happy to announce that Molly Shannon will serve as this year´s
celebrity spokesperson for the September LIAM campaign.
This year's LIAM spokesperson is comedian and actress Molly Shannon. Like past spokespeople, Molly has a compelling realLIFEstory to share. Having lost her mother, sister and cousin in a fatal car accident when she was just four years old, Molly knows how challenging life can be when a loved one dies prematurely. Learn more about Molly's story by watching a video message she recently recorded. During September, we'll post a similar video message from Molly on our home page, calling on consumers to protect their loved ones through smart insurance planning. Molly will reach tens of millions during September when she participates in interviews with dozens of leading TV and radio stations throughout the country. She'll also inspire and motivate industry leaders when she addresses the annual NAIFA convention on September 10 in Washington, DC
About Life Insurance Awareness Month
Life Insurance Awareness Month was created by the LIFE Foundation in response to growing concern about the large number of Americans who lack adequate life insurance protection. According to LIMRA, 68 million adult Americans have no life insurance. Those who own life insurance have an average of four times their annual income in coverage, which is considerably less than most experts recommend. Held each September, Life Insurance Awareness Month is an industry-wide effort involving roughly 100 leading companies and tens of thousands of agents. |
